Erasmus Plus - Incoming Students
FOR INCOMING STUDENTS - Requirements
In order to be accepted as a ERASMUS exchange student, you must be a student of a partner university which has signed a ERASMUS Bilateral Agreement with College of Tourism and Language Studies.
The candidates are requested to submit:
- Student Application Form, which must be signed by ERASMUS Coordinator from your Home University
- Learning Agreement, which must be accepted by your Home University
and return it together to the following address:

The deadlines for returning the completed-above mentioned Application Forms are as follows:
- 15 June - for the winter semester of the following academic year
- 15 November - for the spring semester of the following academic year
Further information - Our Buddy System
Our students are here to help you to integrate with Polish culture during your stay at the College of Tourism and Language Studies in Warsaw. Our students offer you their help to introduce you to your new environment. In case of interest, you will be given a contact to a Polish ''buddy'' and she/he can pick you up on your arrival in Warsaw, help you to check-in at your place of residence, show you around Warsaw and especially help you to integrate in the student life of our College.
Visa
Students who are citizens of European Union or European Economic Area do not need a visa when entering Poland.
All non-EU/EEA citizens should contact the Polish Consulate or Embassy in their country of residence. Detailed information: www.msz.gov.pl
Insurance
Obligatorily
Provide our Dean’s Office with a proof of Health Insurance valid for the whole duration of your stay (e.g. European Health Insurance Card).
Optionally (for travel & whole stay) You should take into consideration:
- Accident insurance
- Liability insurance
- Luggage insurance
